After it founded delete it.

If Trojan is enter in PC then your computer slowly get corrupted
At time only and only one software is remove Trojan that name is

COMBOFIX

This tool is very powerful to remove Trojan in your PC
It takes 15-20 min. to perform their operation
and it free and full
Tejas @ 2009-06-13 03:59:47

Every top and updated anti virus can find Trojans and disinfect them...
But the point is that they can miss atleast 1% of Trojan. It means they r not 100% effective and reliable.
so its better to use a secondary anti-Trojan software.

and in my xperience u can trust "a2 free"

pc internet question?
[Question]
when i am online when i am talking to someone like chatiing it disconnects or when i am on something on the internet it disconnects my router is wronlly placed my router is downstairs and my computer is upstairs and my net is wireless and my internet stays slow most of the time?
mbk 786 @ 2009-06-13 04:56:00

[All Answers]
It's simple, your connection is just bad, or then the router is really screwed up, contact your internet service provider and buy a better connection...
Drifting @ 2009-06-13 04:59:26

try going closer to the router see if that is the problem.
Humza @ 2009-06-13 04:59:46

It happens. Wireless connectivity can be a pain in the a***.
sk @ 2009-06-13 05:03:47

It might be your Modem Router or Wireless Adapter or internet provider.
Hope it helps
Ben @ 2009-06-13 05:04:05

Don't waste your time talking to the ISP, they are just going to blame your hardware.

When it goes down, if you have other pc's, see if they are down as well, if they are THEN call your ISP.

if they do not, then try to pull up a reliable site like google.com and see if that comes up, if it doesnt, check your connection strength, if it is too low, then its a signal problem.

Signal can be jeopardized by alot of things, microwaves, large electronics are one.

If it helps, place your wireless router higher so its closer to upstairs, or consider buying a stronger router.
Logic Unlimited @ 2009-06-13 05:05:08

Home based wireless networks are usually pretty good at getting bars, even a couple of houses down but are you getting a good connection? Is there some type of interference like a cell phone or bluetooth or even a wireless telephone system that might run on the same frequency in your home as your router?

Also check with your computer manufacture to see if there are new drivers available for your wireless card on your computer or if you know how, take a look at your wireless card to see if its damaged.

Good luck!

~Drac
Drac @ 2009-06-13 05:05:19

Check your LAN cable is not damage bring new one.

First conform your DNS is OK from your ISP.

Put around metallic plate in your wireless router to improve your internet speed and disconnecting from internet.
Tejas @ 2009-06-13 05:05:59

ok i know this problem.........first go to www.speedtest.net and run a test if it is at about 5 or more this is not the problem and you will need to make your wireless router more visible........i would suggest getting another router to go upstairs so the whole house has a connection visible

What is anti virus software?
[Question]
I am new to computers and I have recently bought a second hand desk top computer (about 7 years old).

Some of my friends have recommended that I get anti virus software, so that my computer stays 'clean'.

What is anti virus software? Where is the best place to get it from and how do I use it?

Finally, a work colleague of mine said not to get free anti virus software which may be available over the internet, because it would not be very good, and fail to detect everything.

Please advice.
Manjit K @ 2009-06-13 01:55:45

[All Answers]
Well, antivirus software are programs on the computer that prevent viruses from coming into contact with or infecting your computer and then screwing it up.
Now, your work mate is half right, free antiviruses aren't generally as good as store bought ones. Each has their pros and cons, but for home use, I would pick the free antivirus. If you buy an antivirus, you also need to pay to update your software, so it recognises new viruses as they come out. But with the free ones, you just download, install and update. Easy. Usually the ones you need to buy are better than the free ones, but not always (such as ... Norton. It sucks, stay away from it). But, you decide what you want:
Free (www.download.com):
AVG AntiVirus 8
Avast! Antivirus
Pay:
McAfee
TrendMicro Pc Cillian
burnt_glacier @ 2009-06-13 02:03:19

anti virus is software which make protection against small software which can automatically work in in ur pc (called viruses)

antivirus software here http://savsoft.co.in/softwares.html
Aman @ 2009-06-13 02:03:42

Anti virus software is the program that protect you computer from Virus attack from Nonsense Website,Removable Disc(Pendrive,Memory card) or future Virus attack. It is more safe to find the anti virus that are licensed
such as kaspersky Anti-Virus,Norton 360,Trend Micro. You also should have Internet connection to update virus database so your computer easily can detect the new virus. If you want free anti-virus such as AVG,Avira anti virus,or Avast home edition. The newer the update,The lesser the attack of virus can be defence.

My ranking of the best 5 purchased products
1) NOD32
2) AVG
3) Avast
4) Sophos
5) Windows Live OneCare

Nod is said to use the least system resources.

So what is anti virus software? Well, you probably have heard about people who can hack in to computers, send a nasty virus that will delete documents and scaramble your system. If not, that is why you need anti virus software.
The basic point in having it is to protect your computer against such things. The best one, that most people swear by, is Norton. Norton will heighten your internet security and create effective firewalls against bad files.
Hope that helps.
Bethany B @ 2009-06-13 02:08:15

first of all there isn't an anti virus yet that is 100% guaranteed.. if its an old pc a free anti virus is better than no anti virus.. here you go-> http://www.filehippo.com/software/antivirus/

(please vote for me for the best answer)if you want...

I would advise you to read the following:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-virus

Basically a virus is software written to make your computer "sick". Anti-software helps protect your computer against it.
I would recommend you use an anti-virus program as well as a firewall.
Please read this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firewall_(computing)

Anti-virus programs and firewalls are quite important. You can buy programs which have both an anti-virus and a firewall like Norton Internet Security, AVG Internet Security, etc.
You can also download free programs from the internet like free avg a www.free.avg.com. Then you can download free firewalls as well like Comodo firewall at http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/

There is no a problem using a free anti-virus, you just must make sure you use the right one. Some of the freeware causes more problems and some is even written to put malware onto your system

Read a bit more of the resolved questions in this security questions area, you will see what a lot of people use.
Constant @ 2009-06-13 02:23:20

You can check at http://reviews.cnet.com/software/ and search for any software you like. You will see Editor and Consumer reviews - and read them yourself to determine if they fit your needs.

However, there is no one BEST program for everyone and no single program can protect against all infections! Each person's individual computer usage is completely different. Some folks download illegal programs and music, which exposes them to more infections than any other behavior. Some folks only read their email and do some light surfing.

Because usage is different, the appropriate software is different for everyone.

Here is a list of FREE programs that do their job well, for various security tasks. Most of the time, several programs are necessary to maintain a full range of security/protection against viruses, trojans, worms, etc.

There is a safe site, with software reviews by both the editors and users at www.download.com Most of the following programs can be downloaded from there.

ANTI-VIRUS:
-AVG by Grisoft
-Avira
-Avast
Any *one* of these would probably work well for you! Read the reviews to be sure.

ANTI-SPYWARE:
Since NONE of the anti-spyware/anti-adware programs are 100 percent accurate in finding and removing spyware, you need *at least* two programs which you will run one after the other, not at the same time.

There are several excellent free ones:
-Spybot, Search and Destroy
-Ad-Aware
-Spyware Blaster
-Superantispyware
-Malwarebytes

FIREWALL:
-Comodo
-Online Armor
-SandBoxie
-Sunbelt Personal Firewall (formerly Kerio)
-Zone Alarm

GENERAL CLEANING:
-Ccleaner

SHORT VERSION:
1 Use another computer to download free Malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org
2 Rename the downloaded file to something like HELP.exe
3 Transfer the renamed file to a thumb drive or CD.
4 Boot the infected computer to SAFEMODE
5 Install the renamed file from the flash drive or CD.
6 Run the program. Check all threats found - and when you click on NEXT it will remove them for you.
